What makes Tucson's food scene so special?

We want to talk about something occurring in Tucson that sets us apart from many cities: Collaboration. As we've spoken to each of our customers about their mission and values, we keep hearing about how collaboration has made their food and restaurant better. If you visit most "foodie cities" like New York of Los Angles, collaboration does occur, but there is still a strong sense of Competition. There is a movement forming in Tucson focusing on "Collaboration over Competition," and even though its not a formal movement, you can hear it from every successful chef or small business owner in town. We want to highlight this theme in Tucson, because we see there is something exciting happening here, and we hope it keeps growing.
